These terms govern design-partner and early-access use of CATWLK.

01

Scope of service

CATWLK supports product research, clienteling records, recommendation edits, client review, and post-purchase follow-up. Retailer availability, pricing, composition disclosures, and garment fit remain outside CATWLK’s control.

02

Professional judgment

Stylists retain responsibility for recommendation quality, client communication, affiliate disclosures, professional advice, and compliance with applicable retailer terms.

03

Client information

Stylists must collect, retain, and share only the client information necessary to deliver the styling engagement and must maintain an appropriate lawful basis for doing so.

04

Third-party content

Retailer names, product imagery, descriptions, and links remain the property of their respective owners. CATWLK records information selected by the user and preserves a link to the original source.

05

Early-access availability

During design-partner validation, functionality may be revised, suspended, or withdrawn. Paid checkout remains disabled until commercial access is formally introduced.
