What can a composition label tell me?
It identifies the fibers the retailer lists, their percentages and, when provided, the garment component they describe. It cannot prove construction quality, fit or longevity.
Can CATWLK guarantee exactly how a garment will feel?
No. CATWLK describes likely handfeel from the available fiber mix. Yarn, fabric density, finish, construction and wear can change the result.
Which retailers does CATWLK support?
The current CATWLK release supports relevant product pages on Zara, H&M, Mango, Uniqlo, COS, Massimo Dutti, ARKET, & Other Stories, Sézane, ASOS, Weekday, GANNI, Abercrombie & Fitch, Reformation and Zalando. Retailer sites and market variations can change.
Is the shopper extension free?
Yes. The personal shopper extension is free and does not require payment details.
Do I need an account?
No CATWLK account is required for the personal shopper extension.
What information does the extension read?
On supported product pages, CATWLK reads product details needed for the analysis, such as title, selected variant, price, composition, care and imagery when the retailer provides them. It does not read payment details or unrelated browsing history.
Why does CATWLK need browser permissions?
Access to supported retailer sites lets CATWLK read the product page you are viewing. Browser extension permissions display the analysis, keep selected data locally, and power actions you choose. They do not give CATWLK access to payment details or unrelated sites.
Does CATWLK work on mobile?
CATWLK supports Safari on iPhone and iPad, Firefox on Android, and supported Edge mobile releases. Chrome and Brave mobile do not expose compatible extension channels.
How is cost per wear calculated?
It is an estimate: the current product price divided by the number of wears you choose. Change the expected wears to compare scenarios.
