How to compare clothes online.

The useful comparison begins after the silhouettes look equally appealing.

Confirm the current variant

Check colour, size, market, currency and price. Retailer pages can include images or structured information for a different variant.

Use the same fields

Compare shell and lining composition, care, price, return terms and the questions that cannot be answered from the photographs. Keep unavailable fields marked as unavailable.

Separate information from judgment

“100% linen shell” is retailer information. “Best for a warm meeting” is a personal recommendation. Keeping them separate makes the reasoning easier to inspect.

Choose what still needs verification

Name the preferred option and record what could change the decision: fit, opacity, color, construction, hand feel or another in-person check.
